These are some of my highlights while attending Glendale Community College: Selected to participate in the 2022 NASDAQ InternMatch program Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Glendale CC Chapter from 2017 to 2019 where I designed our annual Maker Faire graphics, logos, advertising campaigns and promotional materials. I led our team's social media strategies and advertised the school's annual Maker Faire on different platforms, mainly on Instagram. I also organized notes and plan of actions for chapter meetings. Panel speaker and workshop host during the Latina Power in STEM conference at Glendale CC from 2017 to 2018. I spoke alongside other members of the TECHNOLOchica collective where we shared our stories to young Latinas interested in STEM and answered their questions. I also hosted a creative coding workshop using Processing for two morning sessions to 20+ local middle and high school girls. We went over general computer science basic concepts, Processing basics and the girls completed one art piece and one mini-game.
